Walking Directions: Walk into the park and head right or south and follow the trail along the water. Most owners and seller have put a walking boardwalk down to preserve the trail which is in the wetlands. Best if you walk on trail on days that have not been preceded by rain wet weather or you will need boots. We recommend you print a plot prior to walking the trail along the water line so you can see where the lots are based on the shoreline profile/shape. There is a stake at waters edge for corner of lot 114 and 115 that you could run a tape adding up the plotted shoreline frontages to find the lot later on or buyers could have it surveyed. 40 years ago there lots were marked at the road right of way that was never improved and there are some stakes there about 125' or so in from the waterline corners as well but this is hit or miss. Best to use the running tape from the previously mentioned stake at 114.
