Each stall has its own automatic Nelson water basins and ceiling fan plus an Shoo-Fly automatic flying pest control system throughout. The corridors inside the barn are beautiful interlocking brick pavers. Wash bays have their own hot and cold running water, separate grooming tool and supply cabinets and ceiling heaters. The indoor arena includes lights, kicks boards, mirrors, remote controlled sound system and has been designed to maximize natural lighting and ventilation. The exterior of the main barn has stone and cedar exterior accents, just beyond is the outdoor arena and a rolling pasture with shelter.
The finely finished skylit stable quarters also has a beautiful granite kitchen, full bath, its own HVAC system, stone fireplace and bedroom. The main stable and arena have been proclaimed one of the best designed and thought out stables built. It has been featured in trade magazines and websites.
