Family-owned since 1984, Paesano's Restaurant & Wine Bar features a seasonal menu of authentic rustic Italian dishes with an emphasis on regional preparations and an influence from Italian wines. It's success can be traced to the kitchen where Italian born chef Isabella Nicoletti creates her unique signature dishes. Isabella bases much of her menu creation on the seasonal foods of the Veneto region of Italy, her homeland. Proprietors Michael and Bridget Roddy offer guests a true Italian experience... beyond what goes on in the kitchen. The restaurant offers three levels of Italian language classes taught by Sicilian-born, Salvatore Bissaccia; Italian cooking classes; a popular series of wine tastings and wine education classes, taught by Wine Director, Chaad Thomas; private parties with Chef Isabella and Chaad at the restaurant or off site; an annual guided "dine and wine" excursion to Italy; and theme wine dinners featuring vintners visiting from Italy. The main dining room has seating for 160 guests. The cozy banquet room may seat up to 65 with additional space available on the adjacent Italian inspired patio for another 20 guests. For more intimate gatherings, the private wine room is perfect for small get-togethers or meetings. A full service catering team is available for on or off site events.
